Nutty Bakery – Delicious Baked Goods for those following SCD, Paleo, and GAPS diets

I was recently introduced to the Nutty Bakery, a wonderful local online bakery based in New Castle, Indiana.  The Nutty Bakery specializes in offering a variety of baked goods for those following The Specific Carbohydrate Diet, GAPS Diet, and Paleo Diet*.  The bakery operates mostly from online orders and ships goodies to clients all over the United States.  Amy Ervin, owner of the Nutty Bakery, developed her concept to provide much needed options based on her personal journey with her child affected by autism.  She now creates delicious cookies, cakes, and breads so others can enjoy her specialized diet friendly creations.
